What if you could stay at a luxury hotel where Champagne is not only served, but staged? Where Champagne used to be the finishing touch on special occasions, but the drink is now the star of the show at three hotels, incorporating it into spaces, menus and entire stays.
A Hotel with a Dom Pérignon Cellar
Scotland’s Gleneagles, one of the country’s most celebrated country estates, recently partnered with Dom Pérignon to unveil The Cellar x Dom Pérignon, an intimate dining destination inspired by craftsmanship, terroir and a shared sense of place.
The Cellar has long held Gleneagles’ rare wines and spirits for more than a century, and the new partnership brings a five-course culinary journey created by Gleneagles’ chefs using the finest ingredients from Perthshire and across Scotland. Each course is paired with a curated selection of Dom Pérignon cuvées (including Vintage 2017, Rosé 2010 and Vintage 2008 Plénitude 2). Beyond the table, guests can explore a library of more than 40 rare Dom Pérignon vintages.
Stay at Krug’s First-Ever Hotel Partner
Eden Rock – St. Barths, part of Oetker Hotels, is Krug’s first-ever hotel partner, bringing one of the world’s most celebrated brands to this island retreat. Upon arrival, guests can enjoy a complimentary bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée. At on-site Eden Rock Beach Bar, toast sunset with a glass of Krug Rosé.
Explore beyond the bottle at the hotel’s wine cellar, offering nearly 1,000 labels with a focus on biodynamic, organic and natural producers, alongside an exceptional collection of Krug Champagnes.
Raise a Glass at This Hotel’s New Champagne Room
Within São Paulo, Brazil’s, Burle Marx Park, Palácio Tangará is an unexpected setting for one of Champagne’s most exclusive destinations. The hotel is home to Tangára Jean-Georges and just partnered with Ruinart, the world’s oldest Champagne maison, to unveil Ruinart Room, the first dedicated Ruinart dining room in Brazil and the first time the maison has lent its name to a permanent space in the country.
Ruinart Room is designed for just 14 guests, bringing French Champagne heritage to one of Latin America’s leading fine-dining destinations. Guests are guided through Ruinart’s story, from its founding to celebrated cuvées, complete with curated pairings alongside a seasonal menu. Ruinart Room will serve as a year-round destination for Champagne lovers.

Aug 11, 2026Get an Insider’s Look at Napa Valley’s Busiest Season
If you haven’t been to wine country during harvest season, have you really been to wine country? Vineyards buzz with workers plucking sun-ripened clusters while the winery hums with sorting tables and presses gently extracting precious juice and tannins. In the cellar, the air is perfumed with an intoxicating cuvée of baking bread and grapes as vats alive with bubbling juice are tended to by the winemaker’s watchful eyes. For wine lovers, the experience is nothing short of magical. It also offers a newfound appreciation to the hard work behind every bottle in a way that simply bellying up to a tasting bar never could. Napa Valley has perfected the art of the harvest celebration with festivals, dinners, tastings, hands-on experiences and, of course, the opportunity to literally feel grapes between your toes.
