Volaris announced the plan to launch new international service between the Mexican city of Durango and Chicago. From Dec. 8, the carrier will offer service twice per week between Chicago’s Midway Airport and Durango’s General Guadalupe Victoria International Airport. The new route marks the launch of the first international operation to be offered from this important city in Mexico.
“Our goal is for everyone to travel and for Durango residents to have the possibility of visiting family and friends in the U.S. at clean fares,” said Holger Blankenstein, commercial director, Volaris.
