A recent survey conducted by Vouchercloud.net revealed the United States tops the list as favorite holiday destination for American travelers. The survey, designed to find out more about the lifestyle habits and vacation choices of U.S. citizens, reached 2,852 American adults aged 18 and over who had booked at least one vacation in the last three years.
The following Top 10 favorite vacation destinations were revealed:
1. Destinations within the United States, 68 percent
2. The Bahamas, 44 percent
3. Dubai, 41 percent
4. London, 39 percent
5. Cancun, 32 percent
6. Paris, 29 percent
7. Sydney, 27 percent
8. Montego Bay, Jamaica, 18 percent
9. Bangkok, 15 percent
10. Vancouver, 12 percent
