Flight Check-In At Grand Hyatt Hong Kong

Guests can now check in for flights at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, the first hotel in Hong Kong to provide this service onsite. Guests complete the check-in process and print their boarding pass in one minute at the hotel’s business centre 24 hours a day. The self-check-in kiosk scans passports and prints boarding passes for six airlines at present — Dragonair, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, Air France, KLM and United Airlines. Check-in can be made from two hours up to 48 hours in advance, subject to airline requirements. “We have been pursuing this initiative for two years and are very pleased to see the result today,” said Gordon Fuller, general manager, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong area vice president, Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
