The new Norwegian Bliss made its U.S. debut in New York City earlier this month. It was the start of a month-long inaugural celebration, ending in Seattle, for the christening May 30.
After a stop in Miami, the ship is currently on its way to Los Angeles, Calif., and is the largest cruise ship to cross the Panama Canal. Once in California, preview events take place May 25–27, before arrival in Seattle.
Starting June 2, Norwegian Bliss begins seven-day voyages between Alaska and Seattle, with calls in Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway and Victoria, British Columbia. The Alaskan cruises are followed by voyages to the Mexican Riviera from Los Angeles. In the fall and winter, Norwegian Bliss sails the Eastern Caribbean from Miami. The 2019 season includes voyages to the Bahamas, Florida, Southern and Western Caribbean.

Norwegian Bliss was designed with the ultimate Alaskan cruise in mind. Guests enjoy classic Norwegian Cruise Line amenities on board, as well as new luxuries, including the largest competitive race track at sea, an open-air laser tag course, a Texas smokehouse and the line’s first full-service Starbucks store at sea.
New entertainment programming includes musical theater acts Jersey Boys and ¡Havana!.
