Aeromexico increased its connections in New York with new non-stop service to Monterrey, Mexico, one of the airline’s largest airport hubs. Aeromexico offers the route between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and Monterrey International Airport daily with 99-seat Embraer 190 aircraft, equipped with 11 seats in Clase Premier, the airline’s business class cabin. The new service is in addition to Aeromexico’s five daily flights from New York to Mexico City International Airport — one in codeshare with Delta Air Lines — and daily non-stop service to Cancun International Airport.
“Aeromexico’s new service now provides enhanced access for more northern Mexican travelers to come to New York City’s five boroughs for business and leisure purposes,” said Makiko Matsuda Healy, senior vice president of global tourism development, NYC & Company. “New York City is the number one U.S. destination for air travel from Mexico with 394,000 visitors anticipated this year.”
