Next year, 2019, is shaping up to be a stellar year for active travel with Butterfield & Robinson — with more than 21 new tours, including biking, walking, active expeditions and family-friendly itineraries. The Devon & Cornwall Biking trip takes participants on a six-day, five-night cycling tour of the English Riviera on peaceful country trails and among coastal towns and picturesque villages. Pedal along the Tarka Trail inland into Devon; cruise the Camel Trail from the market town of Wadebridge; pass through the postcard-perfect seaside town of Mevagissey; and take a break to peruse the exhibits at Tate Modern’s new gallery in St. Ives. The new eight-day, seven-night Morocco Family Adventure begins with a bike ride through the desert near the High Atlas Mountains, and continues with a walk in the secluded Berber villages of Timalizen, Tamsoult and Tagadirt.
