Touted as a simple app for business travelers, Lola constantly evolves to make the process more fluid and seamless for career travelers. In March, the app launched a new group management tool helping companies manage business travel needs.
Introduced under the Lola Works brand, the new management tool features fluid spending limits, specific hotel amenities to be included in all employee rooms, preferred cabin class and recommended budgets for each level of travel.
The tool also will collect and store data over time, meaning when it comes time to book a property for an upcoming trip, hotels will base their prices on the previous price and similarly priced properties will automatically be presented as suggestions.
Travel managers will be able to use the app to recommend certain restaurants or attractions in a given place, as well as to track the employee’s arrival, departure and other travel movements.
