Spa- and fitness-seeking guests needn’t look any further than Loews Atlanta Hotel; the property debuted a new spa suite and special spa offers, just in time for Mother’s Day. The award-winning exhale Atlanta Midtown on the hotel’s seventh floor helps bring a wellness lifestyle to guests.
“Our guests are increasingly looking for ways to make their stays with us more health-focused, but every guest’s needs, budget and travel occasion are different,” said Mark Castriota, general manager, Loews Atlanta Hotel. “We’ve created a variety of experiences so everyone from the leisure guest seeking a vacation splurge to the budget-conscious business guest trying to stay fit on the road can find just the right option for his or her stay.”
The new exhale spa suite is a 935-square-foot luxurious retreat within Loews Atlanta Hotel, with fresh flowers, spa-inspired art and rose-colored lighting. For in-room relaxation, there’s a high-tech reclining chair accompanied by a bubbling water feature and aromatherapy. The large bathroom features an oversized tub, exhale bath products and a robe and slippers.
Other spa and fitness upgrades are also available for Loews Atlanta Hotel guests seeking serenity. The exhale Energize offer includes unlimited Core Fusion, barre, yoga, spin and HIIT fitness classes; full access to the fitness center, zen lounge, co-ed hammam and steam rooms; and a swag bag with more than $100 worth of gifts.
The exhale Chill offer includes all of the same amenities, as well as a $150 spa credit for a 60-minute spa therapy of the guest’s choosing.
At the Loews Hotel Atlanta’s new Saltwood restaurant, diners enjoy lighter fare and small, shareable plates. In total, the hotel offers 414 guestrooms and more than 40,000 square feet of meeting space.

The Argosaronic Islands Are Calling
The Saronic or Argo Saronic Islands of Greece call travelers to explore its seven small islands and islets brimming with history, natural sites and more. With most easily accessible by boat, the islands’ proximity to ports of Athens make the Saronic Islands an ideal destination for those preferring shorter boat rides. In fact, trips from Athens ports to the islands take only between 10 minutes and two hours, depending on the island you choose, making them perfect for day or weekend trips. From Piraeus port, you can access Hydra, Spetses, Aegina and Poros directly. Come explore these stunning islands with us and find the inspiration to plan your next trip to these islands. Hydra Hydra town curves around a slope overlooking the Argosaronic Gulf like an amphitheater and is considered one of the most romantic destinations in Greece. Most unique to the island is its lack of vehicles. People on the island get around on mules and donkeys as well as water taxis, making for a peaceful and laid-back day. Hydra lies a two-hour ferry ride from Piraeus port in Athens.
