The James Hotels brand launched its Four Bodies Wellness program, designed to balance all four bodies for total wellbeing — physical, mental, spiritual and emotional.

“We know our guests are passionate about integrating wellness regimes into their lifestyle. We want to make it easy for them to feel good and balanced, even when on the road. The Four Bodies Wellness program offers an experience unlike any other hotel, and clearly differentiates The James Hotels from other lifestyle boutique hotels,” said Carl Cohen, chief commercial officer, Denihan Hospitality.

The program is available at The James Chicago, Magnificent Mile; The James New York, SoHo; and the newly opened The James New York, NoMad.

The program’s offerings include in-room TV workout sessions led by Aerospace co-founder Michael Olajide, Jr., as well as resistance bands and priority access to the Aerospace studio in Manhattan. To address the mental body, guests enjoy a complimentary, one-month membership to the INSCAPE app, which curates meditation and relaxation experiences. In-room TV Kundalini Yoga sessions are designed to cure jet lag and clear stress, and New York guests have priority access to the RA MA Institute for Applied Yogic Science and Technology. Lastly, for the emotional body, a Readers on Room Service menu is available for guests booking one-on-one sessions with counselors, who provide astrology birth chart readings, transformational coaching, tarot readings, hypnosis, reiki healing and sound healing.

In conjunction with the program’s rollout, The James Hotels hosts a social contest, with four complimentary overnight stays at the hotel of the winners’ choice as the prize. To enter, tag four friends on Instagram with #fourbodieswellness and follow @jameshotels, where the winners are announced.
