Hilton San Francisco Union Square, the largest hotel on the West Coast, announced the completion of its $26 million room renovation project with upgraded accommodations in Tower Two.

The new features include sleek colors and designs, noise-canceling windows and doors and electric plugs easily accessible throughout the room. Guestrooms and bathrooms were completely redone, with improved lighting and in-room tablets, which will be available in every room.

Other new enhancements include Cityscape viewing lounge and Urban Tavern. The lounge offers unobstructed, 360-degree views of the city and the Golden Gate Bridge from the hotel’s 46th floor. The menu will feature hand-crafted cocktails, California wines and a menu of shareable small plates. The newly redesigned Urban Tavern boasts a casual but contemporary vibe offering some of the best in the Bay Area food scene.

Additionally, the hotel completed refurbishment of its meeting spaces and common areas, including an overhaul of the Lobby Bar and culinary marketplace, Herb N’ Kitchen.

“The new design elements create dynamic energy and functionality that serve as a welcoming meeting hub by day and lounge area by evening,” said Steven Cowan, general manger, Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
