Hainan Airlines will launch non-stop service between Chengdu (CTU) and New York (JFK) Oct. 26.
This will be the airline’s second direct flight following the launch of the Chengdu–Los Angeles (LAX) service.
The route will be serviced by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which offers a business class with 180-degree lie-flat seats and in-seat massage features.
Passengers in all classes will have access to spacious seating and premium onboard amenities, and business-class travellers flying the new route can take advantage of an all-inclusive travel offer including a private limo service.
To date, Hainan Airlines launched 12 direct routes from mainland China to eight destinations in North America, including Los Angeles, Chicago (ORD) and Toronto (YYZ).
