Features of the app include:

- Request turn-down service
- Send for extra towels or other items from housekeeping
- Make on- or off-site dinner reservations
- Schedule a spa treatment
- Arrange an in-room blowout
- Sign up for a workout class
- Order a name tag, personalized pet bed, monogrammed mat or premium treats for your dog
- Request late check-out
