The property’s Quadrat Restaurant & Garden is housed in the mansion’s former stable block, surrounded by luxuriant gardens. Under the direction of chef Simon Andreas Petutschnig, the menu focuses on modern Mediterranean, with dishes such as rice with cuttlefish and prawns, grilled octopus, and sea bass accompanied by fresh, local vegetable choices. A tapas menu is served throughout the day in the Lobby Bar and Patio Mallorquin. Light fare, specialty cocktails, wines and cava can be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace while taking in the coastal sunsets.
