The Leading Hotels of the World has expanded the scope of destinations where its Leaders Club Unlimited members can request complimentary one-way transfers from airports to member hotels. This service is now offered in 30 key cities globally, up from 10 in the past. The private and personalized one-way transfer journey — is available from these airports to Leading Hotels within the following city limits — begins with a driver meeting the member inside the terminal:

“Our Leaders Club Unlimited members have placed a high value on the complimentary airport transfers, and when they told us they wanted more cities, we listened,” said David Rompf, senior director of loyalty and customer experience, Leading Hotels of the World. “When we first launched the transfer benefit two years ago, it was an instant success, but our members are passionate global travelers as well as very engaged with our loyalty program, and through feedback they expressed a strong desire for us to add more cities. And we are delighted that we can now offer this added comfort and convenience to them.”
Leaders Club Unlimited membership one-way airport transfer conditions include:
- Reservation must be made via phone with a LHW reservationist at least 48-hours in advance
- Member must have a booking with a Leading Hotel listed within city limits of our top 30 destinations
- Reservation must be booked via LHW channels
- Airport pick-ups only
- No additional stops
- Maximum of three passengers
- Airport pick-up date must be same as arrival date at hotel
