Over the weekend, my friend Matt and I decided to treat ourselves. Instead of our usual feast at the local farmers market, we decided to go to one of our favorite Chinese restaurants in town, Dragon.
Dragon not only changed location since we were last there, but they also changed the menu items, which we were especially excited about.
Dragon’s new location is not as secluded as the previous one, which is nice, but the restaurant shrank in size by about 50 percent, a shame because when we were at the new location it was packed to the brim.
We ordered pork fried rice, some of the best I have ever tried; a lo mein peanut dish, surprisingly good; Szechuan beef; and hot and spicy chicken.
Looking back, we decided it was more food than two men could handle, so we ended up packing half and saving it for leftovers for the rest of the weekend.
