The Beverly Hills Conference and Visitors Bureau announced a new tourism campaign dubbed Beverly Hills: City of WELLTH.
The WELLTH campaign is inspired by the terms wealth, health and wellness. It utilizes leading experts for mindfulness activities in an effort to move away from a drive for money and possessions to a more valuable life encompassing wellness, health, purpose and happiness. WELLTH can be achieved by incorporating the five core building blocks into daily life: move, eat, restore, gratitude and explore.
“I’m thrilled to be involved with the launch of the City of WELLTH,” said Christie Brinkley. “A healthy, holistic lifestyle has been intrinsic to my long career in the fashion and beauty industry. A balanced approach to diet, exercise and mindfulness is the key to happiness and lifelong vitality. Wellness is glamorous!”
Hotels in the city are offering WELLTH room and spa deals. Some of the properties include The Beverly Hills Hotel, Beverly Hilton, Beverly Wilshire, Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel, Montage Beverly Hills, The Peninsula Beverly Hills, SIXTY Beverly Hills, Viceroy L’Ermitage Beverly Hills and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.
Restaurants in the area are also joining in on the campaign, showcasing specials featuring locally sourced, plant-based, vegan and paleo dishes, or utilizing grass-fed/ hormone-free meat.
